️ Job Opportunity: Building Clearance Operative - 4-Storey Site
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a building clearance project on a 4-storey site. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a hands-on role with immediate starts available.
Location: Plymouth
Contract Type: 1 week
Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £14.50
Responsibilities:
* Clearing debris and materials from all floors of the building
* Assisting with general site tidying and manual handling tasks
* Supporting trades and site supervisors as needed
Requirements:
* A good level of physical fitness
* Willingness to work across multiple floors
* CSCS card preferred but not essential
* Previous site experience is beneficial but not required.
Ideal Candidate:
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
