This is not a standard delivery driving role. You’ll work independently, solve problems and genuinely help people when they need it most. Ideal for drivers who enjoy variety, responsibility, helping people and being out on the road. Training Programme You’ll complete a fully paid 3-week induction programme: Week 1: Online training from home via Teams Week 2: Residential training at one of the company’s training venues (Accommodation, meals, and travel provided) Week 3: Mentor training in the truck from your depot By the end of training, you’ll be fully prepared to work independently. What You Need • HGV Class 2 licence or higher • Maximum 6 points for minor offences • No DD, DR, or CD endorsements • Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card • Good drivers’ hours and compliance knowledge • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to remain calm under pressure Experience • Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience preferred • Newly qualified HGV drivers considered • Ex-military drivers encouraged to apply Shift Pattern Mixed shift pattern including days, mids, and late starts on a rotating 4-week roster.
