Do you have experience in analysing data and an interest in HR? We are looking for a HR Management and Information Analyst (HRMI Analyst) to join our growing team in Peterborough. In this role, you will support the HR Manager and Head of HR with data and system-based activities across HR, Learning and Development, and Recruitment. Your responsibilities include monthly KPI reporting, data visualization aligned with our Vision 2030, and using Power BI and SQL queries for data manipulation. You will also manage and maintain the People systems to enhance engagement and efficiency.
Our HR team of 12 is mainly based in Peterborough, with some members in Winchester and London. We support five main divisions: Commercial, Infrastructure, Planning & Development, Residential, and Rural, focusing on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. This hybrid role requires working in the office from Wednesday to Friday at the Allia Business Centre. We offer flexible benefits and arrangements. Main Tasks:
1. Handle all monthly KPI reporting for HR, including Learning & Development and Recruitment data, ensuring proper branding and visualization aligned with Vision 2030.
2. Create and review PowerBI dashboards for business data.
3. Serve as HR superuser for CJPeople, maintaining the system and subsidiary systems like onboarding, ensuring regular reviews and optimization.
4. Manage code tables within CJPeople for accuracy.
5. Oversee all HR digital forms in collaboration with IT.
6. Act as key contact for employee engagement surveys, analyze data, and prepare reports.
7. Design and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
8. Manage system notifications and ensure accurate People 2030 KPIs, including pass rates and training attendance.
9. Produce quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statistics with trend analysis and industry comparisons, aligned with Vision 2030.
10. Collaborate with the Finance Manager to produce and verify monthly FTE reports.
11. Assist HR Manager with pay reviews, ensuring data accuracy for planning, benchmarking, and audits.
12. Audit HR databases for accuracy, escalating discrepancies.
13. Create gender, disability, and ethnicity pay gap reports.
14. Provide L&D system data for review and analysis.
15. Respond to tender requests by providing necessary data.

What will it take to be successful?
You should have strong Power BI skills, experience managing SQL queries, and proficiency with Excel DAX for reporting and benchmarking. Ability to handle multiple projects and support stakeholders is essential. Knowledge of Python is a plus but not required. Attention to detail, organization, and teamwork are critical, along with passion and commitment to your role and the company’s goals.
You might also have experience in HR data analysis, data management, mining, reporting, database management, BI analysis, and related areas.
