About the Role
* Supporting children’s growth, learning, and development within Early Years settings
* Assisting with creative, play-led activities and daily routines
* Helping to maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
* Working collaboratively with nursery practitioners and management teams
* Adhering to safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is advantageous, though not essential
* A caring, dependable, and adaptable nature
* Confidence settling into new nursery teams and environments
* A genuine enthusiasm for supporting early childhood development
