Hygiene Operative Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting Hygiene Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment. This is a temp-to-perm (T2P) role, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks, subject to performance. Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire Key Responsibilities: Cleaning machinery and factory areas using jet washers and specialist chemicals Maintaining high hygiene standards across the site (excluding toilet areas) Working in environments that may be cold, hot, or involve exposure to blood Following all health & safety procedures at all times Requirements: Previous hygiene or cleaning experience within industrial settings (e.g. factories, warehouses, or offices) is preferred Must hold a valid driving licence due to shift patterns and location Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to a rotating shift schedule Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions Pay rate: £13.65/hour PLUS £2 shift allowance Overtime £20.48/h (applies after 38 hours of work) Shift Pattern (Rotating 4-Week Schedule): Please note: Candidates must be able to work all shifts as listed below.
