Information Technology Support Engineer

Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day local/remote desktop support.
* Handle inbound calls and answer questions.
* Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience resolving problems for end users.
* Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows‑based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D. & SCCM).
* Excellent time‑management skill.
* Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting.
