Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00 – 18:00
Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00 (1-in-3, Paid as Overtime)

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our aftersales department. You will be responsible for:
* Managing the customer journey from initial booking to vehicle handover.
* Explaining technical repairs and maintenance requirements clearly to customers.
* Upselling additional products and services (such as service plans and accessories).
* Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure all work is completed on time.
* Maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through exceptional communication.
