Role: Quality Inspector
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
I’m currently supporting a well-established automotive and advanced engineering manufacturing business with the appointment of a Quality Inspector to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company specialising in the manufacture of complex, high-precision components and assemblies within a fast-paced engineering environment. The business works across a range of technically demanding industries and is known for maintaining exceptionally high quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out first-off, in-process, and final inspection activities
* Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and specifications
* Supporting quality investigations and non-conformance activities
* Using a range of inspection equipment including CMMs, FARO Arm, laser scanning equipment, and precision measuring tools
* Supporting material traceability and quality documentation processes
* Working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to maintain quality standards
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience within a precision engineering or advanced manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of inspection processes and quality standards
* Experience using CMMs, FARO Arm equipment, and precision measurement tools
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
