Your Role
As a Ticketing & Retail Test Automation Engineer, you will ensure that TfGM’s ticketing and retail products are robust, resilient and meet the needs of our customers. You will collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, Software Engineers and fellow Test Engineers to build and maintain highquality automated and manual test suites. You will also contribute to improving testing practices, tools and processes across the Ticketing team. You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure highquality releases.

* A software engineering mindset you see testing as engineering, not a separate activity. You read production code, reason about boundaries, and identify the right seams to test.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, operations) to translate real-world customer problems into technical solutions, using data and metrics to guide decisions and measure impact.
* Comfortable working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams and contributing across the full software development lifecycle.
* Confidence designing tests around APIs and third-party contracts, and judging when to use real integrations vs mocks.
