What you’ll be doing:

1. Playing a key role in achieving team goals around growth opportunities, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
2. Using websites, social media, calls and email to qualify warm prospects.
3. Reaching out to customers, gathering the key info our sales teams need to shine.
4. Supporting marketing and sales to make sure we’re all heading in the same direction.
5. Handling incoming enquiries and making outbound contacts with a friendly, confident manner.
6. Occasionally attending customer events to boost your market knowledge and fly the EGGER flag.
7. Keeping customer data secure, compliant and up to date.
8. Keeping quality and safety at the heart of everything you do.

What you’ll bring to the team:

9. Experience in a sales or service-focused role. A strong customer service ethic, a passion for helping people, and a desire to win together. A confident, personable, and engaging telephone manner. Excellent organisation, efficiency and attention to detail. Strong IT skills, including solid use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with using Salesforce CRM applications is helpful but not essential. Able to work 15 hrs per week.
