Office Administrator required to provide administrative support to the Office Manager, Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.
Responsibilities
 * General support to the Operations Manager
 * General support to the Office Manager
 * General support to the Quality Assurance Manager
 * General Administration
 * Reception and phone cover
 * Meet and Greet visitors
 * Arranging catering
 * Meeting room preparation
 * Assist with events (charity and seasonal)
 * Administration of the Archiving procedure
Skills and Experience
 * NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (desirable, but not essential)
 * Internal QMS Auditing (desirable, but not essential)
The Applicant Should Also Be Able To Demonstrate
 * Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
 * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 * Attention to detail
 * Good team player with a proactive, collaborative approach
 * Excellent customer service skills and ability to build a strong rapport at all levels across the business
 * Microsoft Office applications
