Project Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Salary £28,000 - £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am till 5pm
Permanent, Full Time
My client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. You will coordinate the Voice, IT and Data projects. While also coordinating new installation projects and moves & changes for existing and new customers You’ll be working with the sales, Engineering and Accounts team to ensure efficient delivery of the sales order process’s.
Responsibilities:
Provide weekly updates to internal and external parties on project progress
Manage and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis whilst liaising with the delivery team
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/suppliers to achieve the project deliverables
Attend weekly project meetings to discuss ongoing projects, deliverables, risks, and technical requirements
Placement of connectivity orders with relevant ISP’s.
Track Project milestones while proactively identifying any risks or potential issues.
Documenting all billing information for accounts to ensure the project can be billed correctly and the Project closed.
Provide regular Project updates to the customer to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of each telephony system processes, eg Splicecom, Wildix, Evonex, Gamma Horizon.
Knowledge of placing connectivity orders with a range of providers eg Gamma, SCG/Vantage, etc.
Worked towards management of 30+ ongoing varied projects
