My client is a well-established, globally backed business with over 60 years' history and 20+ years in the UK. Operating within the renewable energy sector, they've built a strong reputation for quality, stability, and looking after their people, with a close-knit team and low staff turnover.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Service Engineer or Senior Service Engineer depending on experience.
The Role
This is a hands-on, UK-wide role (Monday to Friday) where you'll be regularly working away from home, leading installation and commissioning activities across projects.

What you'll be doing:
* Leading installation and commissioning activities on projects
* Acting as the technical lead and key customer contact on-site
* Taking ownership of planning (RAMS, delivery, coordination)
* Making on-the-spot technical decisions and resolving issues
* Supporting service and maintenance delivery
* Maintaining strong customer relationships
* Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
What They're Looking For
* Strong background in installation and/or service
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
* Experience with testing and commissioning
* Mechanically biased with solid electrical understanding
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Qualifications:
* ECS Gold Card (preferred)
* 18th Edition
* Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical preferred
Other:
* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
Package
* £37,000 – £47,000 depending on experience/level
* Monthly bonus up to 10%
* Overtime (time and a half up to double time)
