* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.
* Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers to achieve behavioral change and continuous improvement.
* Passionate about transforming lives through coaching.
* Interested in being self-employed while being part of a larger community.
Desired Skills and Experience
* At least 1+ years of coaching experience.
