Production Supervisor – On-site in Maidenhead — Permanent Position
7.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday

About the Role
As Production Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, ensuring products are built and delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a team of 10+ skilled production staff covering sub‑assembly, build, and final testing, driving performance and keeping operations aligned with wider business objectives.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on efficiency, output, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all production activities to meet customer delivery deadlines.
* Ensure manufacturing tasks start and complete on time and within budget.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing production team.
* Maintain exceptional quality standards across every stage of manufacturing.
* Manage workflow, resource allocation, and productivity.
* Maintain and update the Skills & Training Matrix; ensure effective cross‑training.
* Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and correct use of PPE.
* Manage equipment maintenance and schedule annual external calibration.
* Collaborate with the quality team to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience supervising teams in a production or manufacturing environment.
* Background in telecommunications or radio‑frequency industries is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong organisational, planning, and delegation abilities.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems; MRP experience preferred (Jeeves a bonus).
