Mid-Weight Strategist - Shopper Marketing - Northampton (Hybrid)
We are recruiting for a leading marketing agency dedicated to the retail sector.
This retail-focused marketing agency has been helping clients market their products in store and online for over 20 years. They manage a growing portfolio of household names and, due to growth, are now looking for a Mid-Weight Strategist to join the team.
You will be joining a friendly team led by a Head of Strategy.
The main purpose of the role is to help develop insight-led shopper marketing strategies for brand activations in the UK and internationally.
What do you need?
* At least two years' experience in planning/strategy in shopper marketing
* A solid understanding of retail environments (grocery and GTR)
* Perceptive and inquisitive, a natural problem solver
* A basic understanding of how to turn data and insight into actionable marketing strategy
* Strong creative thinker who enjoys problem solving and adapting strategies based on insight
* Organised, proactive, and used to working in a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident presenting findings
* A keen interest in staying up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in retail and marketing generally
