The Role
The role of Waiter/waitress at The Nare is a great opportunity to further develop your career. You will be working in a very traditional dining room offering our guests the finest levels of Silver Service and there may be opportunities for the right candidate to work in our Quarterdeck, a more modern and faster paced setting. You will be expected to work weekends and evenings. Working as part of a professional team and with fantastic guests, you will be in a good position to fulfil any aspirations you may have. Training will be provided but you will need to be dedicated to your own career to prosper here. We expect full commitment in return for a rewarding career with us.
Candidate Criteria
This is a very high-quality operation and accordingly, candidates must have a significant aspiration to working in quality hotels. You will want a career in hospitality. Whilst at one level this is a traditional business, it is also progressive, and candidates should be able to demonstrate a much more contemporary outlook on life and an ability to adapt to a fast-moving, busy operation.
A car will be necessary due to our location and poor transport networks.
