Key Responsibilities: Acting as the sole engineer on a single-person site, taking full ownership of all engineering tasks. Carrying out all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), including all electrical PPMs and compliance checks. Conducting routine water hygiene tasks, such as recording tap temperatures and water blockages. Performing reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on single and three-phase systems, power, lighting, and emergency systems.
