We’re working with a thriving professional services business in Dumfries that’s looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a busy operation across two locations.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll oversee team performance, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth delivery of excellent service.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing and supporting service and admin teams across two offices
* Allocating workload, tracking performance, and overseeing credit control
* Leading on staff training, inductions, and development
* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, GDPR, and Health & Safety
* Handling complaints, coordinating audits, and improving operational processes
* Maintaining a positive, professional environment for clients and staff

* A proactive and organised leader with office management experience
* Confident managing people, processes, and compliance
* Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
