Are you a Romanian speaking Mortgage Broker looking for a steady flow of quality leads?
We’re working with a growing brokerage in Grays looking to add an adviser to service warm, pre-qualified enquiries from a strong local client base.

Responsibilities:
1. Work qualified, warm leads – no cold calling
2. Support clients through the full mortgage journey
3. Strong demand from the Romanian-speaking community
4. Genuine opportunity to build consistent earnings
Experience required:
5. Fluent Romanian & English
6. Minimum 12 months UK mortgage advisory experience
7. CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
8. Confident handling clients from enquiry to completion
Up to £35k Basic + Uncapped Commission
