What You'll Be Doing

* Helping to deliver nutritious meals and Barista-style hot beverages to staff, students, and visitors
* Creating opportunities for learners to develop key workplace skills such as teamwork, customer service, and culinary technique
* Observing and assessing learners in practical sessions to support their progress and qualification achievement
* Ensuring high standards of hygiene, food safety, and allergen management are always maintained
* Providing excellent front-of-house service and handling customer transactions with care
* Promoting equality, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding in everything you do
What We're Looking For

* Understand the importance of food safety, hygiene, and high standards
* Hold (or are willing to work towards) a Level 2 qualification in Hospitality Services and Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
Experience in barista-style coffee preparation and learner assessment is desirable - but enthusiasm, teamwork, and a love for helping others grow are what truly matter.
