The Directorate Administrator will provide a full and comprehensive administration service for multiple managers / clinicians within the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring a well organised and effective service.
You will ensure each of your allocated managers / clinicians are well organised and are in receipt of all relevant tools required for the effective running of the service.
Main duties of the job
1. To maintain and manage all electronic diaries and use these diaries to arrange appointments and meetings for your allocated managers /clinicians.
2. To facilitate and coordinate events and all prevailing administrative duties including planning, agendas, take / type minutes (using paper and electronic methods), preparation of room and IT equipment, arrange venues and refreshments as required on request for meetings, workshops, investigations, and supervision.
3. Inputting of staff hours on the Health roster system in line with Payroll cut off dates.
4. To provide a personal and confidential service to all senior staff within the directorate, including the typing of reports, general correspondence, minutes, agendas etc.Please refer to the job description for more details
