If you’ve got the ability to build strong client relationships, have an in depth awareness of property transactions, and an eye for innovative marketing strategies, then we want to hear from you! The role offers an OTE range of £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on your experience. Let's talk about the role, it involves; Oversee their market leading Marple sales operation. To lead, encourage and motivate a high performing team. We're looking for individuals who qualities such as: Proven experience as a Senior Sales/Branch Manager in Estate Agency. Deep rooted knowledge of property sales. Professional approach with excellent sales and marketing strategy implementation. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple KPI’s Highly driven and target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Full Driving License required.
