Compliance Contract Manager (Electrical, Fire & Lifts) – Hampshire Based Council £450 per day Umbrella 37 hours per week Temporary Contract Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Compliance Contract Manager on behalf of a Hampshire based Council. This role will sit within the Council’s Compliance team and will be responsible for managing contracts relating to electrical inspection and testing, fire risk assessments and servicing, and lift servicing. The successful candidate will drive contractor performance, chair monthly contract meetings and ensure that all compliance activities are delivered safely, effectively and in line with statutory requirements. You will also work closely with residents, contractors and internal teams to ensure access is secured and that the Council achieves and maintains 100% compliance across its property portfolio.
