Post Title: Early Help Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Help Team Leader to join our Family Help Service, working in partnership with children and young people (0-19 years) and their families across the borough.
About the role
We are seeking a committed and experienced Team Leader to join our Family Help service. The role involves leading a skilled team focused on delivering effective targeted intervention. Responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing parenting programmes, providing leadership to Domestic Abuse Practitioners, and advocating for young carers to ensure they receive recognition and tailored support.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality intervention.
* Collaborate with partners across health, education, and social care.
* Manage and monitor performance and outcomes to ensure evidence-based practice.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Normal hours are 37 per week, around 8:45 to 17:00. Flexibility outside these hours may be required based on service needs.
