About the Role
Social Allies is seeking a creative, organised, and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, build and maintain strong relationships, and deliver impactful social media and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
* Understand client goals, develop marketing strategies, and deliver high-quality campaigns.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent, clear communication.
* Prepare performance reports and provide insights to optimise future activity.
Content & Creative
* Create engaging content (copy, visuals, videos, photography) aligned with brand tone and goals.
* Manage and schedule content calendars across platforms.
* Design graphics using tools such as Canva or Photoshop and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
* Take charge of media day shoots, including directing clients, coordinating the team, and capturing behind-the-scenes content.
