Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and create tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of service users.
* Provide rehabilitation guidance and support to help clients improve their quality of life and independence.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to develop innovative care solutions.
* Advise and educate service users and their families on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
* Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
Requirements
* Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* Have recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the UK.
* Demonstrated recent experience in the NHS is essential.
* Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
