The Railway Touring Company, a local tour operator specialising in steam railway excursions and holidays, are looking for a hard working, conscientious and efficient person to join their established team.
The role will include administration assistance along with the organisational planning and operational aspect of our holidays, excursions and day to day office requirements.
Operations Assistant – 37.5 hours per week
Mon - Fri
What we're looking for:
* Previous travel industry experience (preferrable) of at least 1 year.
* Commercial awareness
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Capability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with multi-tasking.
* Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively over the telephone, email, social media and face to face.
