Key Responsibilities

* ✔️ Design brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral for upcoming projects
* ✔️ Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and strategies
* ✔️ Assist with staging properties for photoshoots and open house events
* ✔️ Create engaging video and photo content for virtual property tours
* ✔️ Collaborate with agents to understand client requirements for tailored promotions
* ✔️ Manage and track online listing performance (Zoopla, Rightmove, etc.)
* ✔️ Enhance SEO and online visibility for property pages
* ✔️ Support event coordination for property exhibitions and client meetings
* ✔️ Analyze marketing metrics and prepare monthly reports
* ✔️ Explore innovative marketing techniques such as drone videos, 3D tours, etc.
* ✔️ Work closely with design and sales teams for branding consistency
* ✔️ Maintain a database of marketing leads and client engagement activities
* ✔️ Assist in building email marketing campaigns for client outreach.
