As a Telesales Executive, your primary focus will be lead generation, prospect qualification, and ensuring accurate database management. You will be responsible for:
* Identifying and engaging decision-makers within prospective organisations.
* Generating high-quality and relevant sales appointments in line with targets
* Managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
* Supporting sales personnel by providing insights and reporting on campaign performance.
* Following up on inbound leads and marketing activities to maximise conversion opportunities.
* Representing Whistl professionally and contributing to a positive brand image.
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in telephone lead generation and sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
* A positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
* A self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Minimum five GCSEs (or equivalent), with good written and numerical skills.
Previous experience in postal, package, or direct marketing services is an advantage but not essential.
