Sales Director | Series A Climate Tech
We're hiring a commercially-driven Sales Director to lead the go-to-market function at a rapidly growing SaaS company in the climate tech space. Backed by leading VCs and experiencing 150% year-over-year growth, the company has strong product traction and a sharp focus on commercial execution.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll shape and scale the sales strategy in a fast-moving environment, supported by a proven team, strong inbound pipeline, and a product that’s resonating in market.
The Role
* Lead a team of full-cycle AEs (360), with BDR support expected to follow your hire.
* Build and enforce structured, data-driven sales processes.
* Coach the team on navigating variable pricing models and complex deal structures.
* Partner closely with marketing and product leadership to drive pipeline conversion.
* Play a key role in forecasting, reporting, and strategy alongside executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
* Demonstrated experience working with startups going through investment rounds (growing from Seed - Series B and beyond).
* Deep experience with variable pricing, mid-sized deals, and building repeatable sales engines.
* Strong preference for candidates from Carbon or ClimateTech.
* Low-ego, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, VC-backed environments.

* Location: Central London Office - Hybrid
* Compensation: £140K base + OTE potential to double, flex for the right person
