What You’ll Need A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Previous experience working in a care home setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory role Confidence in conducting appraisals, supervisions, and staff development Strong leadership skills with a warm, approachable, and supportive manner A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of older adults Why Join This Team?
