We’re working with an internationally renowned wealth management firm who are looking for a highly organised Wealth Planning Assistant to support a busy team of advisers in their Cambridge office.

The role:
You’ll be supporting advisers with the full client journey - from onboarding through to ongoing servicing, making sure everything runs smoothly and compliantly behind the scenes. You will provide crucial technical and operational support to our client's team of IFAs and Paraplanners.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing client documentation and suitability reports
* Managing new business submissions and tracking progress
* Processing applications for pensions, investments, and protection products from submission to completion
* Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
* Liaising with providers and internal teams
* Supporting advisers with day-to-day admin and client servicing
What they’re looking for:
* Previous experience in wealth management / financial planning support
* Understanding of financial products (pensions, ISA, investments) and the compliance environment
* Strong organisational skills and a process-driven mindset
* High attention to detail
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in IT systems such as CRM tools and MS Office
Working pattern:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
* Office-based for the first 6 months
* Hybrid working (3 days in the office) available thereafter
