Ideal Candidate:
* Formal education or personal interest in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field
* Strong desire to learn and progress
* Good communication & fault-solving skills
* Certifications like CCNA, SSCA, or ITIL (nice to have)
Key Responsibilities:
* 1st/2nd line technical support in a 24/7 team
* Monitor and resolve faults across network and telephony systems
* Log and manage incidents, escalating where necessary
* Maintain customer communication and SLA adherence
Key Technologies:
