This role sits at the foundation of that growth. The Opportunity We’re looking for an intern / early-career Product & Merchandising Lead to help build CULTUR FM’s clothing offering from the ground up. You’ll be working directly with the founder and senior creatives, with ownership over how products are planned, produced, released, and improved. If this works (and we believe it can), there is significant scope for: Increased pay Profit participation A long-term leadership role What You’ll Be Doing Product & Range Planning Help define CULTUR FM’s core product categories) Assist in building simple range plans for each drop Support decisions around what products repeat, evolve, or stop Ensure product ideas align with brand direction and feasibility Merchandising & Commercial Thinking Support basic costing and margin analysis Help sense-check pricing against quality and audience expectations Track sell-through and performance post-drop Turn feedback into actionable product improvements Production & Supplier Support Assist with factory and supplier research Help manage sampling processes Track timelines and production milestones Support quality control processes and approvals Drop Planning & Cadence Help plan release calendars alongside the team Ensure drops are spaced intentionally Maintain clarity around what’s launching and when Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the Creative / Style Lead on product concepts Collaborate with marketing on launch planning Communicate progress clearly to leadership Who This Role Is For This role is ideal if you: Are early in your career but serious about fashion as a business Are organised, detail-oriented, and commercially curious Want real responsibility, not just observation Are comfortable learning on the job and asking smart questions You do not need a formal fashion degree — but you should have: A strong interest in product, supply chains, or merchandising Some exposure to fashion brands, retail, or manufacturing (study, internship, self-led projects, etc.) A genuine desire to build something long-term Compensation & Structure Monthly stipend / modest pay (dependent on experience) Profit share on clothing releases (details discussed with shortlisted candidates) Clear scope for increased compensation as the brand scales Opportunity to grow into a permanent senior role if successful Why This Is Different You’ll be working on a brand with real cultural equity and scale Your decisions will directly impact live product releases You’ll gain experience that most junior roles never offer You’ll have visibility, responsibility, and upside How to Apply Please include: A short intro about why this role interests you Any relevant experience (formal or informal) Examples of how you think about products, brands, or systems
