Role Overview: As an Early Careers Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the varying needs of pupils. You will help establish a positive learning atmosphere while developing your teaching practice through collaboration with experienced staff and participation in whole-school initiatives. Role Responsibilities: Deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with national curriculum standards. Build positive relationships with pupils and create an inclusive classroom environment. Track and assess student progress to ensure academic development. Work closely with colleagues, mentors, and school leadership to reflect and improve practice. Manage behaviour effectively, promoting a respectful and focused learning space. Requirements for Early Careers Teacher: Hold or be working towards UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable. A strong understanding of curriculum requirements and effective pedagogy. Eager to learn, reflect, and grow in the early stages of your career. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
