Working hours: Monday to Friday Covering hours between 8am - 6pm (shifts 8-430pm & 930-6pm) 1 in 4 Saturdays 930am - 330pm 1 shift per week 1030-730pm

As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast-paced, fun and supportive team!
What You'll Be Doing:
As a First Response Claims Handler, you'll play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
2. Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud!
3. Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way – feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
