Security Supervisor
We are looking for experienced Security Supervisor for a series of contracts across London and the South-East.

The ideal Security Supervisor will be able to:
To supervise the effective day to day management of the contract
Carry out certification validation
To develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service.
To provide technical knowledge to the wider team
The candidate must have experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying and installing and servicing Security Systems
Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively.
Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills.
An individual with the desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards.
Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works
Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly
Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
As a growing team, we are looking for someone who can build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Security Works under their supervision.
Qualifications required for a Security Supervisor:
* UK Driving License (required)
* SSSTS (preferred but not required)
* At least 2 years’ proven experience supervising.
Schedule:
* Monday - Friday 08:00am-5:00pm with 1-hour lunch break
