Role Overview
As our Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle bookings, phone enquiries, and general admin tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the garage.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Booking MOTs, services, and repairs into the diary system
* Processing invoices and taking payments
* Ordering parts and managing stock
* General administrative support
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (garage or automotive experience is an advantage)
* Strong communication skills and a friendly manner
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confidence using computers and booking systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
