Reporting to: Real Estate Project Manager
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: London Office (full time office based)

THE ROLE
To provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service while supporting the day-to-day running of office facilities. This role combines traditional receptionist duties with facilities support to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and post
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
* Manage meeting room bookings and ensure client rooms are prepared
* Issue visitor passes
* Coordinate deliveries and collections
* Monitor and replenish office supplies (e.g. stationery, kitchen stock)
* Liaise with contractors and service providers (e.g. cleaners, maintenance)
* Conduct regular checks of communal areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality
* Report and follow up on building maintenance issues
* Support health & safety compliance (e.g. fire drills, first aid kits)
* Assist with desk moves and office reconfigurations
* Manage access control systems and security passes to staff
* Organise and coordinate catering for both internal and external meetings
* Support staff with any assistance required in hot desk working set up
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Previous experience in a receptionist or facilities role (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Knowledge of health & safety and basic facilities management (desirable)
