Located in Bromborough, we're not just a workplace — we're a hub of creativity, collaboration, and culinary passion You will work the 24/7 continental shift as follows: 4 x 12.25 hour days (07:00 to 19:15) and 4 x 12.5 hour nights (19:00 to 07:15) on a 4 on 4 off pattern There are three breaks for each 12.25 hours shift of 20 minutes unpaid each break The hourly pay rate for this role is £24.51 per hour. Join us on a flavourful journey where innovation, quality, and a passion for snacking come together. Maintain site equipment, buildings, and facilities through regular maintenance tasks. Perform mechanical and electrical breakdowns, planned preventative maintenance, and machine setups. Ensure completion of paperwork for closing out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and maintenance requests. Address non-conformances by completing relevant paperwork. Utilize the ability to read electrical drawings for effective troubleshooting. Engage in general housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness standards. Demonstrate awareness of health and safety protocols. Maintain clear communication with internal management. Provide support to site facilities for specific tasks as needed. Exhibit the ability to work independently while also being flexible and willing to collaborate with a team. Fulfill driving duties as necessary. Oversee contractors and permits to ensure site safety and efficiency. Assist with on-site projects when required. Operate a Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) for tasks as needed. Foster the development of key operational staff in executing autonomous maintenance. Pursue continuous professional and personal development through internal and external training opportunities. Essential: Competency in Electrical / Mechanical skills through a combination of formal qualifications, on and off site training, and experience of similar work carried out. Time Served in an engineering discipline with a formal electrical qualification Experience in performing various tasks around site Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Experience of dealing with contractors Basic PC skills Hold a full valid driving license Attention to detail and willingness to learn to use specialized tools and equipment.
