Overview
We are searching for experienced, confident, and ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join a newly established SDR team focused on identifying and delivering qualified sales opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established SaaS business, with excellent financial incentives and career progression potential.
Responsibilities
* Dealing with both warm and cold leads to identify, research and engage with prospective clients via telephone, LinkedIn and email.
* Act as a consultant to prospective customers, gathering information regarding needs, pain points, and goals allowing you to qualify prospects in order to promote our client’s SaaS products and services.
* Create sales opportunities by scheduling qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
* Work collaboratively with the Business Development team and build excellent working relationships with prospective clients to ensure appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
* Gain a solid understanding of our client’s product portfolio and service offering, including key features and benefits.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create outbound campaigns to aid your prospecting.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions on the internal CRM system.
* Meeting and exceeding weekly KPI’s and monthly sales targets.
Skills & Experience
* 1-2 years’ experience in a telephone-based B2B sales role.
* A consultative sales approach with a natural ability to handle objections, identify pain-points and influence potential clients.
* Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions would be advantageous.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
* Confidence, resilience, and self-motivation, with an ability to work independently.
* Highly ambitious with a desire to develop your career with a fast-growing industry.
* Target driven, able to work towards set sales and KPI targets.
* Highly proficient in the use of social media as a tool to assist with your sales activity.
Base pay and benefits
* Leeds – Office Based
* £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
* Uncapped Monthly Commission – Realistic OTE of £15,000 - £20,000 pa
* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
