Hours: 07:00 - 17:30 rotating Monday to Thursday / Tuesday to Friday. + 09:00-19:30 (1 in 6 weeks)

Key Responsibilities
All activities below to be carried out under supervision:
* Perform daily/weekly PPMs, maintenance inspections
* Install plumbing according to current regulations
* Repair plumbing issues on site
* Conduct planned plumbing inspections
* Detect, correct, or report plumbing defects
* Perform general building maintenance and repairs
* Complete maintenance worksheets on Service Desk
* Work at heights using ladders/cherry pickers
* Repair building structures within your skill set
* Liaise with contractors for specialized works
* Assist with maintenance projects and installations in time and within budget
* Support in maintaining the EMA Hub to keep it functional
* Carry out all plumbing PPMs in line with schedules and legislation
* Respond to call-out queries and carry out repairs
* Follow electrical maintenance procedures for the EMA Hub
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and the Facilities Help Desk
* Ensure plumbing and electrical components are functional, installed within best practices, H&S, and regulatory guidelines
* Map unmapped site services
Candidate Requirements
* Apprentice-trained plumber with at least City and Guilds level 3 Diploma
* FLT license preferable
* Full driving license
* Skilled in using power tools for maintenance
* 17th Edition wiring regulations trained
* Ability to work under pressure
* Safety-first attitude with proper uniform and PPE
