Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts with flexibility across the week, including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Availability can be discussed further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader you will lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store, your role may involve working in the post office, bakery, supporting online services, or assisting home delivery drivers. You will play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
What you’ll do
* Own the day‑to‑day running of the store by leading the team on your shift
* Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth
