This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with managers, driving best practice, and thriving in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the business. Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, building strong and trusted relationships. Manage a range of employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring compliance with policy and employment law. Support performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes, offering clear advice and guidance to managers. Lead onboarding and offboarding activity, including inductions and exit interviews. Contribute to HR projects such as engagement, culture, change initiatives and development programmes. Maintain accurate HR records and support data and reporting to influence people's decisions.About You Strong understanding of HR processes, UK employment law and best practice. Confident in managing ER cases and advising managers. Resilient, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
