Qualifications

Essential criteria

12. General education level to the age of
13. Level 3 NVQ Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
14. Basic IT skills

Skills

Essential criteria

15. good communication skills both written and verbal
16. Work as part of a team
17. To be able work on their own inititive

Experience

Essential criteria

18. Have experience of working (either paid or voluntary) on a one-to-one basis with health & social care service users
19. Have experience of liaising with a range of health & social care service

Desirable criteria

20. Previous experience of working with adults/with mental health needs
21. Lived experience of managing personal mental health condition
