What You’ll Do:
* Own Financial Operations: Take charge of day-to-day financial management, delivering precision, efficiency, and scalability through best-in-class processes.
* Drive Strategic Insights: Lead forecasting, scenario planning, and boardroom discussions, transforming data into actionable strategies that power growth.
* Champion Compliance & Control: Ensure robust internal controls, manage statutory accounts, and keep us future-proof and compliant.
* Innovate & Automate: Spearhead process improvements and leverage cutting-edge finance tools to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
* Build a High-Performing Team: Mentor and grow a finance team, starting with hiring a Financial Accountant, while overseeing HR, Legal and CoSec functions.
* Partner with Leadership: Provide commercial and operational insights in investor and board meetings, shaping strategic conversations with clarity and impact.
Who You Are:
* Afully qualified Chartered Accountant(ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and a practical approach.
* Previous or currenttechnology / SAAS experiencewould be beneficial, but is not essential.
* Data-driven and analytical, with a passion for challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
* Amaster communicator, able to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
* Strategic and collaborative, with a big-picture mindset and a knack for fostering teamwork.
* Comfortable thriving in afast-paced,Hands on evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
