As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in Anaesthetic & Recovery at our hospital,you’llbe alert, focused, detail-oriented and empathetic. You’reregistered with theappropriate governingbody, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience,you’rea team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in Anaesthetic & Recovery, you will:
1. Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals
2. Enjoy a varied caseload withstate-of-the-arttechnology,equipmentand facilities
3. Supervise,supportand develop junior members of staff
4. Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
5. Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
6. Deliver high-quality care to patients in the anaesthetic and recovery phases of surgery
7. Collaborate with anaesthetists and surgical teams to prepare andmonitorpatients pre, during, and post-surgery
