The Role:
* Leading QA and technical processes across the business
* Maintaining and improving quality management systems
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Acting as the key point of contact for audits and external bodies
* Driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Supporting and developing a small team
About You:
* Experience in a quality/technical role (manufacturing, food, FMCG or similar)
* Ready to step up or already operating at manager level
* Confident working autonomously and making decisions
* Proactive, solutions:focused mindset
* Passionate about raising standards and making improvements
