Role Summary
As a Customer Advisor you will support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. You will demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop while ensuring strict adherence to company procedures and policies.

* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers – customer service experience is ideal.
